KORTHOFF PRESTON MOTORSPORTS LOOKS TO BUILD THEIR PODIUM PRESENCE AT THE WORLD’S MOST ICONIC RACETRACK

Korthoff Preston Motorsports heads to Indianapolis, Indiana, home of the world’s most iconic racing venue—the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Known affectionately as “The Speedway,” this historic track has hosted unforgettable moments in motorsports history. Fresh off their first-ever victory at VIR, Korthoff Preston Motorsports and the No. 32 Mercedes-AMG GT3 are determined to add their name to the Speedway's storied legacy by aiming for another triumph and the chance to "kiss the bricks" for the first time.

The IMSA Battle on the Bricks will see the world’s top sports car racing teams compete on the Speedway's unique 2.4-mile road course, featuring fourteen technical turns and sections of the famed 2.5-mile oval. It's a race that demands precision, strategy, and endurance, making it one of the most challenging events on the IMSA calendar, especially as the first endurance race IMSA is hosting at The Speedway. Driving the No. 32 Mercedes-AMG GT3, Mikael Grenier, Mike Skeen, and Kenton Koch have demonstrated formidable performance throughout the season, culminating in a well-earned victory at VIR, and they look to continue their success through the remainder of the season.

The team is confident that the car's superb balance, power, and agility will be ideally suited to the tight turns and fast straights of the IMS road course.

Driver Reactions:

“Looking forward to the Indy 6 hours. Last year we had a good car there, so hopefully we can unload quickly and build on our win at VIR.”— Mikael Grenier

“First Indy endurance race should be interesting. Looking to build some momentum from VIR and execute here to get our first endurance win. Fingers crossed!”— Kenton Koch, Driver, No. 32, Korthoff Preston Motorsports

“After a rough weekend of NASCAR racing at Watkins Glen, it will be nice to get back into a familiar cockpit in the AMG at Indy. Hopefully, we can continue the team’s winning ways through the end of the season.”— Mike Skeen

Korthoff Preston Motorsports is ready to make its mark at The Speedway and invites fans to join them in the pursuit of victory and a memorable debut at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
